The principal, Mr. Cypress has extensive knowledge and background in the construction industry such as cost estimating, construction management and scheduling. He is a civil engineer by profession, a Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) by American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE), LEED Green Associate Certified, Certified EPA Painting Rule and Renovation and has more than 20 years’ experience both in the field and office.

Our system relies on our solid, practical and years of experience of combined experience. We are a group of construction professionals who are experienced and have a deep knowledge in our own craft that enable us to offer our construction cost estimating services to serve our clients in this niche of the construction industry.
